- Our products are available exclusively to residents of the United Arab Emirates.

- This website will not deal with, or provide any services or products to, any country subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

- Customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase our products. Travel Insurance policies may be purchased on behalf of children, provided the transaction is completed by a parent or legal guardian.

- Please note that multiple transactions processed at checkout will result in separate postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

- All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

- Upon successful completion of your online payment, the selected Travel Insurance policy will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

- Our Call Centre team will resend the purchased policy to your registered email address.

• Requests for policy cancellation must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided no claim has been made and the travel date has not passed.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
