Yes. All Allianz outbound travel insurance products - including the annual multi-trip plans - are Schengen-compliant, meaning they meet the mandatory EU requirements for Schengen visa applications. This includes the minimum €30,000 emergency medical coverage requirement. An official insurance certificate is issued with your policy and can be submitted with your Schengen visa application. Note: The Schengen-specific policy provides a dedicated certificate - if you need one for a visa application, confirm with the relevant embassy that your annual policy certificate is accepted.

Yes. Allianz offers family annual travel insurance plans that cover you, your spouse or partner, and your dependent children under a single policy. A family annual multi-trip plan is significantly more cost-effective than purchasing individual annual policies for each family member. Family set prices include 2 adults with unlimited number of children therefore it is by far the most economical solution. When adding 3 or more travellers, simply select ‘ are you a family’ toggle and unlock family-friendly prices.

Yes - for anyone taking three or more trips per year, annual multi-trip travel insurance is almost always more cost-effective than buying separate single-trip policies. The Allianz Standard annual plan starts from AED 706 per year. If you would otherwise buy three individual policies at AED 250–300 each, you are already breaking even at two trips - and gaining the added benefit of no-admin, spontaneous travel coverage for the rest of the year.
